Due to the pre-booking nature of our business ie: equipment, boat schedule, coaches, captain etc. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking.  For reservations made within 24-hours of booking full payment is required and non-refundable.  Cancellation terms prior to 24 hours of booking are as follows:

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations made within 3-6 days will receive a 30% refund of payment.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will not be refunded.

If we need to cancel a booking due to unsafe weather or conditions out of our control a full refund will be issued.
